It focuses on the evolving legal environment governing sustainable business conduct, legislative changes, trends in case law, and the impact on corporate governance and internal decision-making processes. Emphasis is placed on how sustainability expectations affect the obligations of corporate bodies, particularly in relation to professional (due) diligence, risk management, prioritization of stakeholder interests, and long-term strategic orientation.<br>The section welcomes scientific contributions dealing with legislative and judicial approaches to the regulation of sustainable business, the scope and content of related obligations of management or supervisory bodies in commercial companies.
