Legal professions perform an irreplaceable role in society and the state, as they contribute in a crucial way to the creation, realization, and application of law, as well as to the interpretation of law and legal argumentation, and ultimately to legal education. The section focuses on examining the theoretical aspects of responsibility in the practice of individual legal professions, including social and moral aspects, as well as individual forms of legal responsibility, including disciplinary responsibility. The confrontation of the views of legal science and practical application has the potential to bring new perspectives on the current and permanent challenges of individual legal professions and their responsibilities in the context of the fundamental values of democracy and the rule of law, in particular the separation of powers, self-government, and the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms in recent developments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
