Digitalization of the Business Environment and Artificial Intelligence in Commercial Law
The development of technologies contributes to the acceleration of processes in society, to changes in the flow and exchange of information and thus brings new challenges in the field of law. The above applies "twice" more in the business environment and its regulation within the framework of commercial and insolvency law, which must constantly respond to the material sources of law as well as to the legal regulations that regulate this issue at the level of European Union law. For these reasons, the aim of this section is to create a space for identifying current challenges associated with the development of technologies, or. application problems of the digitalization of the business environment and the integration of artificial intelligence and related processes within the framework of commercial law. The topics of individual contributions will be devoted mainly to the analysis of the impacts of the use of intelligent technologies in business, or. decision-making of commercial companies, as well as in registry processes. Contributions may focus on examining the impacts of technologies on the conclusion of contracts, as well as unfair business practices in digital marketing and their legal consequences, on issues related to the digitalization of public procurement and insolvency processes, on the use of artificial intelligence products in the context of information protection, personal data and confidentiality obligations, or on the use of intelligent technologies in commercial disputes, etc.
