COLLECTION OF PAPERS:
The publication output from the conference will be a peer-reviewed electronic collection of papers.
The collection of papers and individual contributions will be published under the Creative Commons Public License BY-NC-ND, 4.0.
By submitting a contribution, the author gives permission for his work to be distributed under this public license.
Only the contributions of participants who will actively attend and speak at the conference will be published.
SELECTION PROCEEDINGS:
As part of this year's conference ,,Bratislava Legal Forum 2024" a selection of proceedings will also be compiled, which will be submitted for assessment to the database Web of Science-Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI).
The conditions for considering the contribution to the selection collection by the Scientific Council of the conference are as follows:
– English language of the paper
– high-quality abstract in the range of 5 – 7 lines,
– the contribution represents a relevant and unique contribution to the field of jurisprudence,
– the contribution presents verifiable research results,
– an adequate note-taking apparatus from the relevant literature (ideally indexed in the WoS/Scopus database).
