DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING A COMPLETE PAPER:
Submission deadline: 27 September 2026 (Sunday).
The organiser reserves the right to cancel the participation of a registered participant due to capacity reasons.
Papers must comply with the formal requirements set out in the template provided below. Contributions that do not meet the formal requirements specified in the template will not be included in the review process and will not be published in the conference proceedings.
By registering for the conference, participants agree that audiovisual recordings of the conference may be made and used for the event organiser’s promotional purposes, including publication on the website, social media, and other communication channels. Participants who do not consent to being recorded are required to inform the event organisers accordingly.
COLLECTION OF PAPERS:
The publication output of the conference will be a peer-reviewed electronic collection of papers.
The collection of papers and individual contributions will be published under the Creative Commons Public License BY-NC-ND, 4.0.
By submitting a contribution, the author grants permission for their work to be distributed under this public licence.
Only contributions submitted by participants who actively participate in the conference and whose contributions have successfully passed the review process will be published.
