New Regulation of Digital Services: Miracle Cure or Missed Opportunity?

The regulation of digital services has experienced a huge boom over the past period. The European Union has adopted the Digital Services Act, which establishes due diligence obligation for digital services in order to protect the safety of users and increase the transparency of their operation. However, are these regulations sufficient or could they be even better? The section will address various aspects of digital services, including their regulation, artificial intelligence, cyber security, and issues of intellectual property law.
