Using Artificial Intelligence in Decision-making in Public Administration
The section focuses on the prospects for using artificial intelligence tools in decision-making in public administration. Although these tools are not yet fully utilised, they can already significantly replace human work, including with regard to decision-making and argumentation. The section will therefore focus on the possibilities of using artificial intelligence in normative as well as individual decision-making processes in public administration, and on what benefits and potential risks its use can cause.
