Improving Decision-Making Processes in Public Administration
The section focuses on improving the quality of decision-making processes in public administration in their entirety. It pays attention to lawmaking, application of law, and various organizational activities of public administration bodies that determine the quality of the exercise of public authority. The aim is to identify current challenges, present new approaches and discuss instruments enhancing transparency, efficiency and legal certainty in the activities of public administration bodies.
