30 years of the Constitution of the Slovak Republic - experiences and perspectives in good and bad weather
In 2022, we commemorate 30 years since the adoption of the Constitution of the Slovak Republic. Therefore, the Constitutional Law section will be devoted to discussion on experiences with the interpretation and application of the Constitution of the Slovak Republic, not only in "good weather", but also during a period when the state, its constitutional system and the values on which it is founded face various security threats.
